We are unable to accept returns on Special Occasion Wear. Special Occasion dresses can be exchanged for different size, color, etc. Please note that special order items requiring 3-4 weeks tailoring time may not be exchangeable or returnable.
Please inspect, try on your order right away and if there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately or within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, return within 7 days.
We accept Exchanges, this includes Special Occasion wear, Cake Smash, Party Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses & Portrait Dresses.
We are unable to cover return shipping costs or re-ship costs associated with exchanges. Buyer is responsible for these extra shipping costs.
