Shipping policy
Once you have placed your order you should receive an order confirmation. If you do not, please check your spam. If it is not located it could be due to an error in entering your email. Tracking information is sent when your order actually ships. This notification also will arrive to you via email.
Orders ship from either our California or our Texas warehouses and processing time may be from a few days to a week depending on the item and time or season. Custom items and made to order could take from 3 to 4 weeks depending on the item. Estimated shipping times does not include shipping travel time, please allow several days to a week to receive after you notification that your order has been shipped to receive it.
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on stock availability and from where item may be imported. Some items are not stocked in house and will be shipped to us after customer places his order. We currently use workrooms and manufacturers in Brazil, Spain, Russia and other countries so that we can bring you a beautifully unique collection of items.
Customs and import taxes on International Orders outside of the USA
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their own country. We have no control over and are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
